Double room to let in a friendly house share in Windmill Hill. Rent £300, bills not included, roughly £90, and deposit of £415. W are looking for someone to fit into the house dynamic so please tell me a bit about yourself when getting in touch. Will be sharing with 2 guys and 1 girl, all in their 20s. Only female applicants I'm afraid. We are looking to keep the balance in the house. No couples, students, or pets. The room available is on the 1st floor. The house contains 4 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, and 2 bathrooms. The second, downstairs bathroom, which contains the shower is not pictured. The contract start date will be on the 5th November so this will suit someone who currently has a more flexible living arrangement.
